Fiat 131 - VFP783X

« on: April 09, 2008, 07:09:55 PM »

Thought this site was very useful I love some of the period designs. sorry if everyone has seen this before again you can't beat originality in my humble opinion, I do recal so many years ago now a black 131 sport with bubble arches ?  furnished with ex rally  super wide cromadora  alloys eventually sold for more than the car I think.

Lovely looking wheels and I'd love that sort of design on my 131. But they are 13" while I'd prefer 14" and they are also the 4x114 for Japanese cars and not 4x98 for Italian cars.  Undecided

Sorry, don't know much about 132s but I believe that like the 131, they were fitted with both 13" and 14". The Bellini 132 had 14" wheels and I've seen those fitted to 131s.

The cromadoras on the 132 were fitted to the 132 1800 tc ES models and were 13 inch with 185/70/13 tyres fitted . The Berlini model was fitted with 14 inch 'flat pan slots' as we called them with pirelli P6 185/60/14 s-These were also fitted to the 131 volumetrico abroad - but in my humble opinion dont look right  Wink Wink
