I'd love a car like that!? Kiss The bidding is at nearly EUR 2000 with just over a day to go.
While in Cyprus recently I saw the car in the photos below parked by the side of the road. Obviously still in regular use. Could be an excellent starting point even though it's a Special with the OHV engine.

Absolutely superb cars the Special T. I'd really love one!

I'm sorry to say that I actually passed up the opportunity to own one way back in the early '90s, as when I went to see it the headgasket had gone Roll Eyes It was a light blue 1438 TC car, G-reg (1969) and was basically sound. It was in north London, near Enfield, I seem to recall. Have you ever seen or heard of it Theo?

The Alitalia car is for sale again on Mobile.De for just under ?3300.
