Does anyone know what this boss fits is it Fiat? its stamped momo,

It certainly doesn't look like a 131 boss and I have never seen anything like it.

I got it in a fiat dealers couple days ago was attached to a new mountney leather wheel, boss is also new thats why i thought its a fiat boss, the shop had no idea was lying in the stores so a good deal was done there & then for the wheel, lot bigger than the boss i got off yagmur.
