Had a meet today with the towel people & they can supply me with a plain black towel 500mm x 850mm, the process to emboss the fiat racing into the towels would cost way too much because the minimum amount is 5000 pieces, so what they can do is embroider fiat racing down one side of the towel, so to cover the front seats you would need 4 towels as the originals were 280 or 300mm x 1400 long, what i suggest either i get the width modified to 300mm at a extra cost or the indivudial can do that themselves & they can either be held on to the seats by velcro or other ways small stitch maby, so i will need to know if anyone is interested these wont be too expensive ballpark figure ?40 or less for 4 towels. the minimum amount of these they can do is 50, so thats 12 sets or 12 cars.

Guys

If you buy a large towel, trim it to the required size, remake the hem(Your good lady will do this, or point you in the direction of the sewing machine) you will have a towel that fits.

Second, find the text or image that you want to add to the towel.  If you get inline you can find companies that will digitise the logo ready for application to your towel ect.

Now take the Yellow Pages and find one of the many companies that embroider logos on sweatshirts etc.  They will be able to produce your logo in a band along the towel.  The colours can be any thread colour you can dream of.

They will do a pair or as many as you like.

If anyone is interested I could suggest some sources.

That sounds like a realistic way of doing it. If a few people were interested someone could get a small number made up and sell them on on a to order basis, or people could get their own made up. Perhaps we need to start a 131mirafiori.com shop!

If someone sends me the required logo I will ask what sort of cost for a towel.

Are the originals handed?

What colour combination?  Grey towel, Orange logo?

Nick I see you have been doing your homework on this and it is a great idea 100% to ya and I will see what I can find out through some contacts as I can get jumpers done for certain (not that I ever wear one Grin). If you want to start a poll on how many folk want these I can talk to my lad as they can do the caps aswell and it is good quality gear not the usual tripe...
