Seat 131 L 1430 in Spain

I just chanced upon this car while driving through Granada.

Looks to be a very solid S1 car but with a Spanish only market (I think) 1430 engine. It also had the velour upholstery that Fiat never bothered with for this series.

Underneath it semed very solid and it was for sale. As I took my photographs the owner appeared from nowhere wishing to offload it, probably to the first individual who had looked interested since it went on sale.? ?1500 was fingered on the dusty windscreen if anyone is interested.
