got some of my seats back from the trimmer this week, the backs were stripped & restitched & repaired with more colour cloth & the steel base was replaced with one i took time to clean & paint as the other one was rusty (like the donor car), will have the front seats back soon, he  is doing same work to them, also making a new roof cloth from black alcantara (like velvet) & new sun visors which were almost ready & look the biz with a new vanity mirror for Carol lol.

Very nice job. Fiat had a habit of not painting rear seat frames, no wonder they rusted.

The trimmer has made a good job of them, look as if they are just out the wrapper. My back seat out the super also has a rusty frame which i never noticed before, will have to give it a rub and paint just like yours..........keep up the good work

Cheers Kev this is the easy bit, thomas is the man for the seats & interior & me for the metal she is coming on nicely getting rid of all the rust before any new panels goes on, just bought a spot welder to give her the original touch.

A spot welder is a great buy for the car restorer. I'm really glad I bought mine. When you are replacing full weld on panels such as wings, sills and so on they make the job so quick and easy. Of course they also allow you to create a factory appearance to your work.

very sad to see the nazi sign on your wall.? Cry Cry? ?

It's a Sex Pistols poster, Sid Vicious wasn't a conformist or into political correctness, if what he did pissed you off, it would have been a successful day!
