I have looked at a number of options used on this site for an LSD in a 131R.  I seems like you need to be Einstein plus to fit an LSD in a 131R or have lotto as a sponsor.  I am looking for a strong rear axle and LSD that doesn't cost a million and that doesn't take 1000 manhours to fabricate and install.  The car will be raced on the track and will have a 2 litre 16 valve head and produce around 200hp.  What have people put in their race cars in the way of an LSD.

Hello,
I have such axle for sale, I use the same gears in m current diff and it withstands 240HP at the moment. The LSD is a plate type and wirks very well, I can sell it as a complete axle ready to install in 131. If you need something like this let me know by PM or best by email. The axle has disc brakes and you can choose the ratio(from 3,9 to 4,55 or even 5,37 if i can still get one). It is a bit wider than standard 131 diff(about 30mm).

Thanks for that offer.   With the weight the freight is likely to a crazy price down to this part of the planet.

if you use toyota or ford english axles you will have lots of options on final drive ratios 2 way lsd etc good luck.

I was considering using a rear end from a datsun 240/260/280Z. I also though about a XR4ti rear end but they are hard to come by in the USA.
