I heard stories of this guy who apparently had 2 0r 3 131 sports hidden away in a shed for years.  have been trying off and on for last 8 months to locate him and had always ran into a brick wall as he had moved house.  with a small lead from brensport i hit the jackpot.  made contact with the guy and arranged a meeting and low and behold it was like aladdins cave when i went to see them.  the deal was done and myself and Brensport set off yesterday morning and this is what we got. 3 genuine irish sports, one silver, one grey and one black.  the grey car is a junker. black and silver car fantastic, small bit of work needed.  enjoy the pics.

Let us have more info please - Are they saveable - Especially the black one...?

What was the story on the collection - Did the previous owner have plans for them..?

finally... also forgot to mention we loaded a renault master van and a mercedes vito van full of new and used parts. regarding the silver car i am sure kev and Sid will be interested in this, blue bumpers and blue seatbelts  Smiley  happy days

yes kev blue blue blue just faded.  both cars need small bit of work nothing too serious.  the old boy that had them had them with years.  in his words he would just drive a car until he got bored or it broke and he would just leave it there.  but thank god he put the 131s into a garage.  he always had planned to restore them or do things with them but as time went on he just never got around to it so agreed to let them off.

Congratulations lads, it's like a dream come true!

I've been offered a 132 bellini auto with genuine 65k. Been in storage on blocks for the past 6 years plus. Trying to sort a deal at mo, but being auto keeps putting me off.
