Almost an exact copy of my Father's old one except I don't think that one has a sunroof like my Father's did. When I first saw it I hoped it was GSD 925V but it wasn't Angry

Will be interesting to see what it makes. Looks like it will need a lot of bodywork. Will anybody be prepared to spend the money on it? Who knows?

Personally I doubt it. If the top is that rotten I would guess there will be some rot to deal with in the floorpan, chassis legs and sills.

The only way to really know however is to go and have a look at it. It's too far away from me however Angry

hi all ,just poped down to have a look. no log book . it aint a bassket case  only 4 bits from what i looked at . under bonnet looks great just where the rubber bump stop comes down in that bit, 3 in hole on n/s  other looks good .inner wings, top off stuts and all along wing mounting is fine amazingly thank god for arch gauards.
floor at front from sill to chassis member about 14 in long both sides off car and thats it on the floor,
and one boot well where the jack bolts through hole about 4x 10 " and that about it  quiet
susprising ,,,, engine starts and runs no nocks or bangs
 and more questions just ask

Thanks for looking at it and giving us the low down. Looks well savable but as is often the case will need a lot of work doing if it is to be done right.

Having seen the photos, that car needs a strip down, then put on a roller chassis jig and all the rotten bits cut out and new metal pieces welded in properly. To be honest, one would want to get that car for free with the amount of work that has to be carried out on the car. There are rotten bits that will show up later, which one can't see now. This is only my opinion ::)Eugene
