Abarth leads the way !

Well,

You think 60 quid is silly - look at this 118 Euro "abarth" piece :

http://cgi.ebay.de/Fiat-131-ABARTH-rally-16-V-Thermostat-Neuteil_W0QQitemZ130317440631QQcmdZViewItemQQptZAutoteile_Zubeh%C3%B6r?hash=item1e57865677

The problem is that this 118 euro thermostat is the "coolest" thermostat there is on the market.
This part has been manufactured specially for the seller, and is the only standard housing ("three way") thermostat with 71 degrees Celsius rating  on the market.

The one who ordered it now is getting return on his investment.

This is not a trader abut a dealer, but e-bay is now dominated by dealers . Real traders are very rare , indeed. The silly prices is really a direct result of this domination. (Incidentally if you select "auctions only" you avoid most of e-bay based internet dealers.)

I have actually bought one and than decided to use it for my 124 spider. The 131 new engine uses and the whole return flow to the radiator has been cut off with the t-piece blocked on one side. So, there is a way to get the job done for 20 quid and a bit of work.

See picture from dyno !

These may have been listed before a nice set of series 1 rear lamps. The magic word is mentioned again Wink
