Just been having a look at the port matching/alignment of the factory inlet mounting plate and the head. Its not particularly good!  I cannot remember the fit being this bad on the earlier TC131 motors as this example is the later reverse port engine.  It would be well worth looking at this area when building your respective engines as this will impede flow greatly. 

The white highlighted areas indicated with the red arrows represent the fit of the inlet mounting plate, this misalignment is up to 3mm in areas.
