131 engine identification

131 engine identification

Can someone help identify this 131 ohv engine .
These numbers are stubbed in the block "131AB OAO".
I know so far that the 131 engines start with the 131 + either A ,B ,C, depending the engine capacity for example.
What is the AB for and what OAO denotes?
There was an early low emission 131 ohv engine with 41kw when 131 launced could it be this ?
but i think it was only for the german market.
If it is difficult to identify this engine is there any index ,source in the web that features the 131 engine numbers for the the whole 131 series ?
