Hi All,

With the success of our 7" replica Cromodora CD68 we are now seriously considering producing an 8" version, this would have an ET of -12 meaning that all the width goes on the outside edge given the wheel an extra 1" dish, the result of which I think you'll agree is rather nice?

Now of course this wheel in this size was never originally produced but I have had several people ask about it, so........

If I can get together enough people to warrant production (60 pieces) then we can get the ball rolling.

If you are interested in this wheel can you please copy and paste all of this, add your name and quantity required.

Regards

Jonathan

Guys

The 7" are FANTASTIC !!!!

They add not only to the appearance of the car but also driving qualities of the car.

I already have two sets (= 8 pieces) of 7 x15 " CD 68 originals in perfect pristine state, and just ordered 8 more from Jonathan. To top this I also just ordered 4 pieces of  8" CD 68's .

This is for two reasons:

1/ The 131 on these wheels is the essence of Italian car design !
TRUE ELEGANCE ! (Will no longer use any other wheels on this car, ever!)

2/ I want to protect the originals (too valuable to run on gravel dirt or tarmac potholes).

3/ For sports rally or track (or even simple fast road driving) I would rather trust modern made alloys than 30 year old pieces.

I put the new wheels on my Stradale at the end of last season - just before the trip to Castle Combe. Tidies the car up a treat and as Miro says, better to rely on modern metal - especially for long trips and 3MAs. Wink

Pic here is next to Andy Cobbs machine. Cool
