I've been watching this one with interest and its final price is where I thought it would be . With some money and TLC you could probably have a very nice 2.0L Mirafiori for ?3,000 . Many others and I would probably prefer a Sport or even a S2 Super. However when price and practicality  enter into the equation this and many other S3 Super's make a great deal of sense. If I was in the UK more often I would have probably bought this for the reasons as stated. Over the last 12 months this together with the Silver Sport / Racing with the Guy Croft Engine were probably the best buys  , or have I missed something.

Looking at the bidding list you can see that the buyer didn't bid before. Probably to make sure the price wouldn't go too high. He waited untill the end and then stroke. Smart guy.

An intersting twist on this could be what do the WAGS think of 131's.

Mine does not like them  and can't see what all the fuss is about.

On a brighter note she (Wife of 10 Years) did comment at the Tatton Park Show in 2007 that the Mirafiori Sport was quite nice.
