It also doesn't say whether it has a cylinder head that is damaged or that it hasn't got one at all Huh

It has a small crack in the head. The man said to me that a Ducato van one fits, but I do not know if this is true. He said it has been garaged for 20 years, but in my experience this does not mean it is not rusty! It is also LHD reducing it's appeal to many British buyers.
