I bet Albert has this issue in his vault  Wink

However, there's not the 131 compared to his rival cars in his issue; the "Vergleichstest" is between BMW528i, Citroen CX GTi, Ford Granada 2.8i, Mercedes 280E and Opel Senator 3.0E. I bet the Mercedes wins  Wink (We Germans call this periodical "Mercedes, Motor&Sport" instead of its original name "Auto, Motor&Sport" for some reason...)

For the 131, the headline says "Fiat 131 Sport - Test". Good enough  Wink

Have a look at the drawing of the Mercedes S Class to be presented in 1979 - far from what the car really looked like when hown to the public!

Yep you are right
(my German is getting a little rusty, although I worked there for 8 years)

Yes, funny Mercedes, I did not notice but this should be W126, right?
