For the guys who were at 3MA not a surprise as I showed already pictures there but today it arrived at my home:

As I know that here are Lancia fans too enjoy the pictures Smiley
Lancia Beta saloon 1300 1978 with 34700 original kilometers, unrestored, unrusted and in timewarp condition. The tyres we changed today as the canvas came through on several places. Engine sounds good, interior not discoloured and simply good, underbody ziebarted fully. I bought it because it fits perfectly in my collection and it was a close competitor of the 131 in it's days. Also nice to see and feel how different the 131 and Beta drive with rear and frontwheel drive

Since 3MA I've been looking to seeing these pics. This car is simply stunning Albert. I am very jealous and yes it seems a perfect fit for your eclectic collection. Congratulations on saving another piece of history.  Smiley

Thanks guys for your nice comments. I think it is great that we also love other nice cars.
For the ones who wanna know how I found it: In 2009 this car was photographed for an article in Automobilismo d' epoca. When I saw the article I immediately fell for the condition of this example and it stayed in my head.
Early this year it was advertised on Subito and although I left it for a while, I tried to contact the owner. Zero response, so I asked an italian friend to contact the owner for me and that worked out. Believe me, it is always a risk to buy so far from home, but smoking or gambling also cost a lot of money Wink. This specific car I bought unseen and I asked to trailer it home for me. The transporter also went to see a "perfect" Argenta SX (VX in other countries..... with factory aircon. The car was bad and needed a lot of TLC. I left it in Italy.
Through the years I bought already quite a few cars abroad and I think I have a bit of a nose for hunting but it costs a lot of time(nice, late in the evening) and yes, sometimes you can be lucky Smiley
