Yes I know, your going to say " Why are you A. putting pics of Fords on here and B. Why are you even buying them?" Well its a two part answer. I know most people on here are pertrol heads and respect all things automotive and secondly people have asked me to keep posting our finds. So what we have here is a Mk1 2 Door Cortina that has had one owner from new, he is the gent that you can see in the first picture, covered 36000kms and has spent 25 odd years stood hidden in his garage, this is literally the first time the car has seen daylight in all that time. She is a first year of production car (Pre Airflow) with the very early "Strip Speedo", bench seat and colume gear change with the 1200 pre-crossflow motor. Never been painted or welded, now thats got to make it rare!  Grin

I am also very happy you posted it Graham and I am as guilty as you posting non 131 material, BUT we love it. A great find this Cortina and please keep on posting!
