Toad.. sent me a message has pix of the silver one from someone, I think there is underlying rust not shown+ a re spay+ a pore effect around the patrol filler.

Well I,'ve bought it...... Smiley Smiley Smiley

So at last, after many years of haunting the forum I finally have one. Needs work obviously, but overall its a well looked after one owner car that wont take much to get how I want it, so very pleased. Am about to go away to Australia for work for a week or so, but will put up some more pics over the bank holiday when I'm back.

Thanks Kevin, its great to finally have one again (My first car was a series 2 Super), unfortunately I am at Goodwood the weekend following the big jaunt, otherwise I would have been there, especially as I have family I could have stopped off and seen on the route! Hopefully next year.....
