This car was spotted in one of the NCPs in Plymouth again in the 90s. Seemed in pretty solid condition and in regular use - I couldn't figure out the reason for the partly red painted grill... Huh

All these 131s in Devon and Cornwall! I lived in Plymouth from 1991-1995 (my student days). I honestly can not remember seeing any 131s. Good job as my student overdraft would have been huge!

The first thing that strikes me about this car is that it's got a series 2 grille on a series 3 car. Not enough chrome strips!

Don't like the black painted wheels.
