Do they make a fan that running directly from the engine that bolts on to a pulley rather than an electric fan thats universal Huh

You're better off with an electric fan.

the more wiring i can do away with the better, as its a kit car running a 131 engine an box

There's only a live and an earth for an electric fan and as the switch is mounted in the radiator the wires don't have to run very far.
