Hi Guys,

I've tried to secure a 131 parking area by contacting both Phil and Michael Ward by email and Facebook but have so far not heard back from them. If I do before Saturday I shall let you know.

What I usually try to do is park on the right hand side of the slope up to the banked track, I think this area is called the Finishing Straight, closest to the trees and near the bottom - effectively behind the Wellington Shed - but sometimes the Marshalls take exception to this as "there's no 131 area shown on the approved map!".

I'll keep you posted.

Guys,

Excellent news! We have been granted our own 'exclusive' www.131mirafiori.com parking area at Auto Italia 2016!

The area we have been allocated is basically opposite where I have described above, therefore it is on the LEFT HAND SIDE of the old Finishing Straight, which is the incline up to the banked track. It is effectively backing on to the fairly new Bus Museum that has now been built.

I have attached pdf document to this message which you can all print out.

Great see everyone who turned up yesterday! Thanks for coming.

A good cross section of 131s - an example of all the various series, engines and body type, except for the 16v and Panorama/Familiare   Lots of interest in the group, which was nice to see/hear!

3MA16 awaits! Although I have a few jobs to do on Primrose before I get to Dover
