Cylinder head 16v

Hi,
I have fiat 1311600TC 8v.
I'm planning to modified to use 16v cylinder head.
can you guys advice me what cylinder head to use and how to work on it.

you can use a head of, lancia thema, lancia kappa, lancia delta, fiat croma, fiat coupe 2000, fiat tipo, fiat croma,
all one has a 16v engine

if you have a lot, a lot of money, you can use a fiat 131 abarth or fiat 124 abarth, or lancia delta s4, or lancia 037 !!!!
