Our base for 3ma17 will be Fuschl am See in Austria and we have negotiated a special half-board (dinner bed and breakfast) deal with the hotel Seerose.







The Seerose hotel is a family run hotel and has been owned by the Schocher family for over 30 years. Mr and Mrs Schocher decided to rebuld a brand new hotel on the site of the old one about 10 years ago so today's Seerose is a modern well equipped hotel. It is located in Fuschl am See, directly at Lake Fuschl, and features a spa area including a sauna, an infrared cabin, a fitness room, and an indoor pool.



The Seerose hotel is considered one of the best hotels in the area and has received excellent reviews on TripAdvisor

We have negotiated an exclusive deal for Dinner, Bed & Breakfast at €81.50 per person per night (plus €1.50 per person per night for city tax).

The price is the same per person regardless of whether they are sharing a double room or in a single room.

As a reminder, 3ma17 will be from Tuesday 30th May 2017 to Friday 2nd June 2017. Since most of us will be arriving the day before, accommodation requirements for most of us will be for 5 nights:

Check-Out: Saturday 3rd June 2017

We have reserved a number of rooms at the Seerose for 3ma17 but please complete your bookings by Friday 31st of March. The Seerose Hotel will be closed in early April so it will not be possible to book your accommodation after the booking deadline on Friday 31st March. Alternative accommodation in the area will be very difficult as this is a very popular resort.

Theo and I visited this hotel across last weekend and had the full "experience" - all of it very, very good! Rooms, food, staff - all superb. We are both very pleased to be holding 3MA17 here. I'm sure that we will all be very well looked after.

It was pointed out to me today that I am old and senile and can't get anything right   

I had the wrong check-out date  While I was correct in saying we check out of the Seerose on Saturday, I had it as the 2nd of June  while it is, of course, the 3rd of June. I've corrected it now but just to make doubly sure, here's the hotel dates again if you intend to take part in the whole of 3ma17:

A lot of our reserved rooms have now been taken so while you still have just over 2 weeks to our booking deadline, there aren't many rooms left. If you intend to join us, please book your room(s) soon and we'll try to add a few more if we need to

Great news about Holger Rene! 

Looks like me, Wendy and the Girls will be in the blue ex-Heini  131 S 2000TC (until I can lessen the ballast at Dover ) ; my son Ashley and his mate George will be in my black 2002 Seicento 1,100 SX and my parents with my brother will be there in my Father's Mercedes Benz C220CDi - so lots of the Ryle Clan in various marques and models.

With any luck this will be added to in the very near future by another Ryle Clan Member, also known to the guys who attended 3MA in Wales a couple of years ago.

Looking forward to it all now - it's gonna be brill'!

You should have been there in 2017! So many other places to visit for future 3mas so not likely to revisit old places. Let's start planning 3ma24 in Italy for now....
