Our base for 3ma18 will be Huby in North Yorkshire and we have negotiated a special half board deal with the Burn Hall Hotel which is part of the Best Western chain of hotels.

Set in 8 acres of parkland, and surrounded by North Yorkshire countryside, Burn Hall offers 2 stylish restaurants, a modern bar and comfortable bedrooms. There will be free dedicated parking for our 131s and there's free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel.

The traditional rooms at Burn Hall each have a private bathroom with free toiletries. Rooms also feature a flat-screen TV, tea and coffee facilities and a work desk. Some rooms have scenic parkland views.

The popular restaurants serve modern British cuisine, using fresh local produce. With quality service and elegant decor, the restaurants also offer a world wine list. Friendly Benson’s Bar offers a selection of beverages and snacks, and full English breakfasts are served daily.

We have negotiated an exclusive deal for Dinner, Bed & Breakfast at the hotel and you must contact the hotel direct and mention "Fiat 131 Group" to get our deal:

£45 (approximately €50) per person per night sharing (i.e. £90 per double or twin room).
£60 (approximately €67) per night for single occupancy room.
 
As a reminder, 3ma18 will be from Friday 18th May to Monday 21st May 2018. Since most of us will be arriving the day before, accommodation requirements for most of us will be for 5 nights:

Check-in: Thursday 17th May 2018
Check-Out: Tuesday 22nd May 2018

We have reserved a number of rooms at the Burn Hall Hotel for 3ma18 but please complete your bookings as soon as you can and no later than Saturday 31st of March 2018. You will need to guarantee your accommodation with a credit card and full pre-payment will be taken 7 days before the event. You can, however, cancel you room up to 48 hours before the event and you will be refunded any pre-payment.
