Located just outside the village of Garderen, in the middle of the Veluwe area with its forests, this four star hotel offers accommodation with free Wi-Fi access throughout and free parking! It has 97 hotel rooms, including 7 family rooms for up to 4 people per room, rooms with terraces and a suite with jacuzzi. All rooms have free Wi-Fi, bathroom with shower, toilet and hairdryer (the Comfort rooms also have a bath), telephone, television, coffee and tea making facilities, safe and mini fridge. The majority of the rooms have air conditioning. The hotel offers a grand café, restaurant and terraces. After a long active day of driving you can use the wellness facilities (admission €15 per person) and the heated outdoor swimming pool.







We have negotiated a special package deal  for 4 nights at the hotel (20th May to 24th May). With 3ma20 being in a central Netherlands location, some participants might want to head home on the evening of Sunday 24th. For those who want to stay the night on Sunday 24th we have also negotiated a bed and breakfast addition to the 4 night dinner, bed and breakfast package.

Price is eur €370 per person based on a 2 person room.
Single person supplement eur €27.50 per night.
Tourist tax eur €1.50 per person per night.

We have reserved 15 rooms at the hotel and these need to be booked direct with the hotel quoting "3ma Brouwer".  The destination is a very popular tourist attraction so our rooms can only be held for us until the end of January 2020. Please ensure you book your room(s) before the end of January 2020. Payment of 50% will not be required until 1 month before arrival and the other 50% 2 weeks before arrival

There seems to be some confusion regarding the dates for which the hotel should be booked.

3ma has always been a 4 day event and it will be a 4 day event in 2020 from Thursday 21st May to Sunday 24th May 2020.

The package deal negotiated with the hotel is for 4 nights from Wednesday 20th May. That's the day before the start of 3ma20 on the morning of 21st May. Checkout for the 4 night package is Sunday 24th May which is the last day of organised drives and events for 3ma20. As 3ma20 will be in a central location in the Netherlands, we thought that some people who don't have to travel far to get home might want to do that on Sunday night once 3ma20 is finished. But a lot of us (most of us?) will also be staying at the hotel on Sunday night for which we negotiated the special rate of €125 per room (not per person) on a bed and breakfast basis (no dinner). So when booking your room(s), please make sure you request the additional night on Sunday 24th May if you intent to stay the extra night.

Bookings for 3ma20 are going well (already in double figures of attending 131s  ) and the hotel have agreed to extend our booking deadline until the end of February. They are holding 3 rooms for us now until the end of February and we may be able to add more if these are taken up quickly.
