Hi there fellow 131 owners.
This is a bit of a sad post for me, because I have finally have to face the fact that I'm just not going to have the means to get my beloved 131 2000 TC back on the road, so it's time to pass her on to someone who can possibly make use of her, rather than just leaving her to fall to bits.
I bought my 131 off my grandad sometime around 1998, he bought her from his local Fiat showroom in 1984.
I drover her all over the UK for a number of years, but soon after my first borne arrived I found I couldn't spare the cash needed to get her through the MOT each year, so parked her up in a garage in 2007 where she stayed for a few years until we moved to London, and she ended up under a tree in my parents back garden in Oxfordshire where she's stayed for the last 10 years, waiting for my inevitable lottery win.
I'm still waiting for the lottery win, and my folks have lost patience with having my rust bucket in their back garden, so have found someone who has offered £200 for it for scrap.
Rather than sending her to scrap, I thought I'd ask on here in case anyone would like her either as a restoration project (it would be a big project, most of the panels are knackered and she hasn't run for a good 17 years - see pics) or to break her for any parts that might still be useable on another rebuild.

If anyone is interested, please get back to me asap - my folks have given me a week to make alternative arrangements before the scrappers are called in!

Cheers all,
Jim

Crikey. Everything you need for a LHD conversion. Hope it’s saved for the parts alone!
