SEAT 131 50th anniversary celebrations - 3-5 October 2025, Pamplona, Spain

Following the successful Fiat 131 50th anniversary celebrations in Turin in May 2024, our Spanish colleagues are now organizing the 50th anniversary celebration of the SEAT 131 launch in Spain.

The event is scheduled for October 3rd to 5th, 2025, in Pamplona, the capital city of the Chartered Community of Navarre, Spain. Accommodation will be provided at the 4-star Hotel Maisonnave, located at Nueva 20, 31001 Pamplona, Spain.

Pamplona, the capital of the historic Kingdom of Navarra, is renowned for its annual San Fermín festival and bull-running. Even outside of the festival, Pamplona offers a rich cultural experience with its grand cathedral, archaeological sites, and 16th-century fortifications. The city’s lush parks, vibrant dining scene, and picturesque medieval lanes have captivated many, including Ernest Hemingway.

The centrally located Hotel Maisonnave offers complimentary Wi-Fi, gym, and sauna access. Recently renovated, the hotel features modern decor with rooms decorated in warm, neutral tones. Each room includes a flat-screen satellite TV and a private bathroom. The hotel’s restaurant serves exquisite Navarran cuisine made from high-quality local produce, and guests can enjoy a daily buffet breakfast and Nespresso coffee.

We have reserved 60 rooms at the Hotel Maisonnave for Friday, October 3rd, and Saturday, October 4th, with 25 rooms also blocked for Thursday, October 2nd, and Sunday, October 5th. The cost of accommodation is currently being negotiated and will be finalised soon. To assist with these negotiations, we need an estimate of the number of attendees. Rooms have been reserved for Friday, October 3rd, and Saturday, October 4th. Additionally, for those traveling from afar, a few extra rooms have been secured for Thursday, October 2nd, and Sunday, October 5th.

It is expected that those traveling from outside Spain will prefer to book a four-night stay from Thursday, October 2nd, to Monday, October 6th.

The specially negotiated prices per night are below:

- 5:30 p.m. (approx): guided tour of the historic and old town of Pamplona. Approximate duration 2 hours. Price: FREE

- 8:30 p.m. (approx): INDARA nightclub. OPEN BAR (beers, wines, soft drinks and waters (mixed at 6€) and dinner in snack plan, private room for attendees of the concentration). Duration: 2 hours. Once the reservation is finalized, children must leave the premises and the prices will be the same as for the rest of the attendees. Price: 35€


SATURDAY 4 October:

- 9:30 a.m.: Visit to the LANDBEN factory, where we will be given a talk and we will be able to visualize the museum of vehicles they have. ( Free admission)

- from 10:30 a.m.: EXHIBITION of vehicles in Plaza de Ayuntamiento noáin where we can meet, share experiences and exhibit our vehicles together with the rest of the attendees.

- 2:30 p.m.: Lunch at LIZARRONDO restaurant Price: 30€

- 10:00 p.m. (approx): Dinner at the MAISONNAVE hotel. Price : 18.50€


SUNDAY 5 October: (OLITE)

- 9:30 a.m.: departure to the village of OLITE,

- 10:30 a.m.: Visit to the MARCO REAL winery, with a wine tasting. Price: 15€

- 12:30 p.m.: Guided tour of the entire town, entering its most characteristic monuments. Price: 6 €

We will make two groups. While some visit the winery, others were the guided tour. Then we'll change.

One of the groups, both for the winery and for the visit to the historic center and royal palace will be bilingual, which we have a group of foreigners to whom we must give the opportunity to understand what they are visiting.

As for the restaurant, CASA ZANITO, it is located in the same center of olite.

Visits to Landaben, the winery, and the guided tour on Friday and Sunday will be done in several groups, always one of them being either English or bilingual.

In the next few days, the menu for Saturday's lunch will be announced, with photos taken from the internet to give you a rough idea. It's traditional food, typical of the area we're visiting.

Here's the latest information about the weekend:

1: AFFILIATE TOUR OF PAMPLONA

As you know, this activity is completely free, as our partner, Juan Carlos, offered to organize this activity on his own.
We will be in a minimum of two groups, one of which will try to provide explanations in English.
We will visit the most iconic sites in Pamplona's old town, as well as part of the San Fermín bull run route.
Juan Carlos will indicate the meeting point at the time, but please note that it starts at 7 p.m. Those arriving late should just let us know when they will be in the area so we can join the different groups.

2. INDARA NIGHTCLUB

The tour will last approximately one hour and 30 minutes, allowing us time to get to the Indara nightclub. As you know, we've reserved an exclusive space for us, with Ibarra music playing for two hours.
During this time, we'll also provide dinner, which we'll initially have as a snack.
In this case, we recommend arriving early, as the price will be the same, whether you enjoy the activity, the full two hours, or half the time.

At 11:00 PM, everyone can do whatever they want. The private space we're in will open to the public, and drinks will be the same price.

3. ACCOMMODATION AT HOTEL MAISONNAVE

Please note that guests staying at the hotel must cross a pedestrian zone, which is prohibited to vehicle traffic unless you are a hotel guest.
The parking lot is located 50 meters away from the hotel.
We recommend that you first enter the parking lot, park your vehicle, and then visit the hotel reception to check in.
As you know, dinner on Saturday will also be held at the hotel.
The doors of the restaurant will be open. This also applies to guests who are not staying there but are registered with us.
This is a single menu with no options, except for those with food intolerances, allergies, etc.

4. LANDABEN VISIT

The Landaben factory tour will officially begin at 9:30 a.m., so we ask that visitors arrive at the factory by 9:15 a.m.
A parking lot will be provided for their vehicles.
Those staying overnight at the Maison Nave Hotel should be aware that the official delegation will leave the hotel parking lot at 9:00 a.m. Those who are not there by that time will not be able to wait for them, but they can go on their own. As I said, everyone will have access to the locations we will visit.
We recommend arriving early because, although this is a free activity, it would be a shame to miss out on some of the information we will provide.
Due to capacity constraints, several groups will be organized to visit the museum. Groups who have completed the tour should go to the parking lot, get their cars, and head to the following location: NOÁIN TOWN HALL PARKING. There will be some manager or collaborator who directs these operations.

5. VEHICLE PARKING, NOÁIN TOWN HALL SQUARE

As stated, we will arrive at this location in stages. Organizers will be there to locate vehicles and indicate the location of the tent where everyone should go to register. ALL attendees must go through the tent.
We will remain at this location until 2:00 PM.


6. LUNCH AT ASADOR LIZARRONDO

As we just mentioned, at 2:00 PM we will leave the Town Hall parking lot and head to the Lizarrondo Asador, where we will eat.
In this case, all vehicles will depart at the same time. We are waiting for the local police to facilitate this departure. The route is quite short since it is located in the same municipality.

At the Asador, chairs have been reserved for young children who will not be eating a set menu.
Children's menus will, in principle, be ordered at the time and also paid for at the time, so parents will be responsible for this.

Once the meal is over, the organizers will give all attendees the afternoon free to do whatever they see fit.


7. DINNER AT HOTEL MAISONNAVE

Initially, the time has yet to be finalized, but our intention is to hold it at 10:00 p.m.
This would conclude Saturday's activities.


8. VISIT TO OLITE

On Sunday, we have several activities in the Navarrese village of OLITE. The trip from the center of Pamplona can take approximately 40 to 45 minutes, so it's best to be prepared and start your vehicles at 9:15 a.m.

As you know, there will be two groups.
One will visit the Marcor Real winery, while the other will visit the village of Olite and its buildings.
Both tours are scheduled to begin at 10:30 a.m. and last approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes.
After both tours, you will return to the winery. You can visit the village of OLITE and vice versa.

For those who, due to time constraints, have chosen only one activity, we will try to accommodate the first-hour groups.

The guided tour will be conducted in Spanish for one group and in English for the other.

The winery tour will be conducted in Spanish for one group, while the other will be bilingual: English and Spanish.

After both tours, we will go to lunch at the Casa Zanito restaurant, located in the heart of Olite.

After this lunch, the organizers have no further activities planned, and each attendee can do whatever they wish.
For our part, the vehicle gathering will be concluded.
