The rear axle is a practically straight fit , just need to put in a "hanger" for the diff and weld in the bracket behind the spear wheel bay to attach the arm (one side) and reaction rods , but all these parts will be there on the original.
Now , this is a waste they allowed the car to rot through.
I totally agree with Enzo that the real value of the car is in mechanical pars - if they can be salvaged and this is a big "if" !
The rest is total scrap.
I do not believe you can restore it for 10K - more like 20 K given cost of the racing and massive number of hours you need to put into it.
If I was shopping for a Stradale project I would not buy this car - just the papers.

Given the condition of the car I do not believe they will sell it for more than 8K Euro (and this is only if they have papers for the car).
