Hi I would say having looked at the listing and what is listed with it including work carried out. I think you would be looking at around ?500 up to ?700 it could even go higher!!!

I have one myself I am thinking of re listing after a time waster bought it and never paid me!!! Then later tried to fraud me!!!  Which after lots of email I finally got 100% feedback back and had the other persons account removed from eBay!!  I was going to start at ?250 but it has not had the work which this one has done and will need a rebuild as has sat for 5+ years now.
 But I know when I had EVW engine rebuilt I paid ?450 just to get a big valve head and block and that was before I totally rebuilt to stage 3 fast road with other work I carried out !!! I was totting well over 2k ++++ 

So in my opinion id say you may be looking around ?500 reserve but any thing less is good price!!

I did note that only one new inlet and one new exhaust valve were fitted??? And only piston rings ?. not new pistons?? I take it they must be in good usable condition still.

should be good for 145bhp  easy ?600 does it come with the gearbox , and needs running in  look for receipts
  may be i should have a go so i can keep up with simon ,graham ,theo and andy next year

As far as I can see it is just a standard engine except for the carbs. I doubt it would produce 145 that would mean the carbs are adding 30 and they are only 40's not 45's.
