I see the FIA have not punished McLaren for being in possesion of Ferrari documents, even though this is a clear breach of the rules.....

Ferrari are understandably not happy.

It's a joke to say "We are convinced you broke the rules but we are not going to punish you because we are not sure you benefited from it"

So the message is It's OK to break the rules if you do it badly
