What is the exact date of registration on this car as it might interest some Irish but t would need to be nct exempt as the wiper panel would be a very big issue for our test

its too old has to be 31st dec 1979 to make it worth while restoring after that they are only scrap value which is a shame (this country only)

Well I believe Yagmur sells replacement scuttle panels so that issue could be sorted properly if you so wish. When I get home I can check the exact date of registration on the document. The date in the ad came from ebay. It should be right but I will check tonight.

If it was a sport or something special it would be worth that effort but then it may only be the start of things as is there any other issues on the car.

Because everybody wants a sport and they are worth lots of money Roll Eyes

What is interesting is when I stripped a rotten four door for parts certain people thought I was evil and now this car is not worth repairing Huh

Well it has two chances either it sells for at least the reserve or I will keep it and get round to restoring it eventually. Either way is fine to me Wink

And by the way it was registered on 01/03/80 according to the documents. Grin

You are probably right as most yokes that land here with 360 plus days of mot left struggle to pass the NCT so is it time to bring the MOT up to european standards....

I agree as why do we need more headaches but then Ireland has the highest 131 and WRC car per capita ownership and we are only a small island.....
