Irish 131 Racing

This 131 Racing was bought new in 1981 by a Doctor in my local town. I know the son of the Doctor and he asked his father to buy a 131 Racing, when he was going to replace their orange 131 Special and he bought a new 131 Racing He must have liked the 131 Racing as it was not sold till 1992. I don't remember ever seeing it back in the day and his son is not sentimental about the 131 but was happy that it's still around and thanked me for sending him the link and he had a nice talk to the guy selling it. If it was my fathers 131 I would have it back home as fast as I could, what ever condition it was in.

Jeez, it's almost a toss up as to which one is in better condition. This or Chris131's one on ebay.
Like a bus service, you could wait for ages for one to come along and then two pristine examples appear together.

Sure am. I can just visualise the seat towels stretched lengthwise across the floor. That's providing there is a floor.
