Our chosen accommodation for 3ma24 in Turin is the Diamante MHotel.

The Diamante MHotel is a 4 star hotel offering a luxurious stay in Collegno, a municipality of Turin. It is located 7km from the centre of Collegno and a 15 minute drive from Turin. It has 99 air-conditioned rooms, a restaurant (Puro) and bar, free WiFi throughout the hotel, 24 hour fitness centre and of course free parking.  

We have negotiated a special deal for 3ma24:

Check in: Thursday 23rd May
Check out: Tuesday 28th May
Double or Twin Room: 100.00€ per night per room
Double Room Single occupancy: 90.00€ per night per room

The above prices are per room and inclusive of breakfast, water in the minibar, parking and Wi-Fi connection. There is no city tax in Collegno.

We have also negotiated an optional two-course dinner (first course plus main course with side dish, water and coffee)  at the cost of 22.00€ per person per night. Here’s what the Diamante MHotel claim about their Puro restaurant:

The hotel also offers luxury rooms, suites and even apartments. If you would prefer a little extra Luxury, you can opt for a luxury superior room at the special price of 155.00€ or even a themed room at 165.00€

We have reserved a number of rooms at the hotel but these will only be held for us until the end of February, so please book your rooms as soon as possible. Any booked rooms cancelled before 10th of May will not incur a penalty so if in doubt it’s safe to book now and cancel later. Does anyone allready have an idea of the route you are taking to Turin?

 

We are still trying to decide which route to take from the UK:

1. Shortest route through France and pay the tolls - Expensive  
2. National roads through France to avoid the tolls - Slow  
3. Via Belgium to avoid French motorway tolls - We used this route in 2019 but the Belgian Police wanted to confiscate one of our cars so we may avoid this route (or drive slower)  
4. Drive into Germany for an overnight stop and meet up with our German friends - Long way round but opens up more options for crossing the Alps into Italy

 je vais contacter deux autres participants Français pour se retrouver sur la route, mais ils sont dans le centre et nord ouest du pays ...
il y a aussi le club " SEAT 131 Espagne" qui va remonter du sud ..
peut être on va se rejoindre en remontant du sud / sud est vers l'Italie...

Our initial allocation of 15 rooms has actually been exceeded but the good news is that we managed to reserve more rooms. These will be held for us until the end of March but space is now limited, so if you are thinking of joining us, please book your room(s) as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.

All our reserved rooms have now been allocated. Our group is growing fast and we are now nearly 80 people! We are trying to add some more rooms but there's currently no availability at the Diamante Hotel, so we cannot get any rooms unless they have a cancellation. If you were planning to join us but haven't booked your room yet, please get in touch so we can add you to a waiting list. Any rooms that become available will be given on a first-come-first-served basis.
