Your corrosion claim should be in order as long as you reported the deterioration within a reasonable length of time of first noticing it.? Grin

You have to give the manufacturer a chance to mitigate the loss, which in this case, it's obvious that you have taken every step possible to bring it to their attention as soon as possible.

I cant see any quibble as it shouldn't be too much work to put right!

thats right i opened the garage pulled the car out noticed this bubble pressed it and this is
what happend it was ok the day before

Not so sure you could claim its rusty!
All the rust has gone!
Seems someone has removed the evidence and just left an empty hole!
