Cheap project for somene. Looks pretty rotten in places, but with lots of parts from Yagmur it could go again. Genuine original car would yeild many useful spares though.

Interior seems to bear out the mileage doesn't it. Rare to find a base model. Restoring a variant like this makes the least economic sense, sad to say.

It's remarkable that the last 3 series 1 cars to crop up in the UK have all been this colour.  Smiley

Friend of mine has exactly the same model and color, 75', assembled in Belgium. Waiting for funds for restoration, luckily all body panels are already in place.

spares car for eugene?
My 131 doesn't need spares yet sid Grin Grin Wink, but thanks for thinking of me.To be honest,if i purchased this car it would have to be kept indoors, otherwise it would disappear with rust if left outside Cry Cry.
To restore this car,i don't think you would ever get your money back(well at the moment anyway).,however if a person was looking for a cheap restoration project, this would be the ideal car for them.I still think it is a pity to break it,unless it is stone rotten underneath.I believe the car is for sale inWales Huh.Eugene

Rear lights often pop up on ebay. Not very expensive either suprisingly.

hi guys just thought id pop on here as the seller of this vehicle,,the car is located in southwales, and i removed it from the garage myself 2weeks ago,it belonged to and elderly gentleman who was obsessed with the car and even though his younger relatives were trying to scrap it he wouldnt let them,,its been kept in a dry garage for a long time and the picture of the front drivers floor is the wort rust i could find the passenger side is near perfect, but im sure you guys would know exactly where to look.unfortunately the car has to be auctioned to the higgest bidder as its part of the above mentioned gentlemans estate ,,although it does state that if the vehicle was to be restored or used to further the life of similar vehicles then it can be sold to anyone, this is the reason ive come here,,,i would like to know its approximate value as ebay can sometimes be full of idiots,,and also i would end the auction early for a reasonable cash offer from members on here,,if theres any further pics or info you would like please contact me

I would not end the auction early if I was the seller. It is making good money. Let the auction run.
