Ha - Obviously you guys dont know your honey glaze from your overcooked bird!? Grin

Actually the Turkey was cooked for less than the normal length of time of 20 mins per pound + 20 mins. According to Nigella, less is more and this bird was soaked for 2 days beforehand in a concoction of spices and oranges and more ....and was the tastiest and most moist Turkey I've had for years.

The book looks to be a good read too..Anyone else get it for Xmas..?

Cheers? Wink
