Hi Tonystar801,

If your car is a "road car" then you're best off running the wheels so that the wheel edge sits just inside of the wheel lip.

See what size your current wheels are and how much further out you'd like them to be, you can then see where they would finish on the inner edge, make sure your car is on full lock so to check for clearance on suspension/springs. Once we have this information along with your current wheels offset, we can work out what's required for the new wheel.

OR....I'M SURE SOMEONE HERE KNOWS THE ANSWER???

Shipping to Europe works out to about ?12 per wheel by Fedex.

Regards

Jonathan

Hi All,

In the following 2 pictures you can see the split bottom core (face) start it's journey.

On the lathe is the 8", on the drill is the common (7, 8 & 9") outer dish section.

Hi All,

Not very exciting photo's I'm afraid, they should start later this week...I hope.

(No.1 is bottom picture & work up).

1. Please find attached the photo of the finishing cut of the lower bottom core face. As you see it is where the 7 8 and 9? upper bottom sections will locate.

2. Please find attached the picture of the underside of the 8? upper section of the bottom core in the cnc.

3. Find attached photo of 7? upper bottom core having the rear location profile machined.

Regards

Jonathan
